اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎﻫﺪف ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ اﺛﺮات ﺟﯿﺮه ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﺣﺎوي ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺮوﭘﯿﻮﻧﺎت ﺳﺪﯾﻢ ﺑﺮ اﻟﮕﻮي ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻨﯽ ﻣﻮﮐﻮس در ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﭙﻮر ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ(Cyprinus carpio) اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷـــﺪ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﺪاد 360 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزﻧﯽ ﺣﺪود 5 /3 ±20/65 ﮔﺮم در 4 ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺗﻘﺴـــﯿﻢ و ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﺣﺎوي (0، 0.5، 1 و 2 درﺻـــﺪ) ﭘﺮوﭘﯿﻮﻧﺎت ﺑﻪﻣﺪت 60 روز ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﻟﮕﻮي پروتيني ﺑﺎ ا ﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻓﻮرز SDS PAGE اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ ﺑﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎ در اﻟﮕﻮي ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻨﯽ در ﻣﺤﺪوده 10 ﺗﺎ 60 ﮐﯿﻠﻮداﻟﺘﻮن در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺣﺎوي 2درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﭘﯿﻮﻧﺎت ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ را ﻧﺸﺎن داد و ﺑﻪﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ اﺿﺎﻓﻪ ﺷﺪن ﭘﺮوﭘﯿﻮﻧﺎت ﺳﺪﯾﻢ در ﺟﯿﺮه ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻣﻮﮐﻮس ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary levels of sodium propionate on mucosal protein pattern in common carp (Cyprinus carpio). For this purpose, 360 fish with a weighing average of 20.65 ± 3.5 g were divided into 4 treatments and fed diets containing (0, 0.5, 1 and 2%) sodium propionate for 60 days. A protein pattern study was performed using SDS PAGE electrophoresis method. The results showed the increase in the thickness of the bands in the protein pattern range from 10 to 60 kDa in the treatment containing 2% propionate compared to other treatments, and it seems that the addition of sodium propionate in the diet increases the amount of proteins present in the mucus.
