ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻣﺘﺮﯾﮏ و ﻣﺮﯾﺴﺘﯿﮏ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺳﻔﯿﺪ رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ اي در ﺳﺪ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ رﺟﺎﯾﯽ

A survey on morphometric and meristic characteris of Squalius cephalus

ﻃﯽ ﯾﮏ دوره ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداري در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 167 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺳﻔﯿﺪ رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ اي Squalius cephalus ﺻﯿﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.از اﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد 86 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از درﯾﺎﭼﻪ ﺳﺪ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ رﺟﺎﯾﯽ ﺳﺎري و 81 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺠﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ 27 ﺻﻔﺖ رﯾﺨﺖ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ و 9 ﺻﻔﺖ ﺷﻤﺎرﺷﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻣﺘﺮﯾﮏ و ﻣﺮﯾﺴﺘﯿﮏ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺳﻔﯿﺪ رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ اي در درﯾﺎﭼﻪ ﺳﺪ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ رﺟﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 34/82 و 7/33 درﺻﺪ و در رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺠﻦ(ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ دﺳﺖ ﺳﺪ ) ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 20/48 و 6/26 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﺻﻔﺎت رﯾﺨﺖ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺧﻄﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از رﺷﺪ آﻟﻮﻣﺘﺮﯾﮏ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺳﻔﯿﺪ رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ اي اﯾﻦ دو اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺻﻔﺖ ﺷﻤﺎرﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري داﺷﺘﻨﺪ (p≤0.05) .

In this study, total number of 167 sampels of Squalius cephalus were gathered from which 86 ones were taken from Shahid Rajai dam lake and 81 from Tejan river (downside of the dam). In this study 27 features of morphometric and 9 features of meristic characteristics were analyzed Based on the obtained results,the main CV of morphometric and meristic characteristic of Squalius cephalus in the Shahid Rajai dam lake was 34.82 and 7.33 percent and Tejan river(down the dam) was 20.48 and 6.26 percent respectively.the morphometric characteristics before analysis were standardized to reduce mistake resulting from alometric growth. Also the Squalius ( cephalus of these two stations had significant difference in four chractristics (p≤0.05
