اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﻋﺼﺎره ي ﺳﺒﻮس ﺑﺮﻧﺞ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ و ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ اي ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﺣﻮض (Carassius auratus) ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 42 روز اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻄﻮح 0 (ﺷﺎﻫﺪ)، 500 (ﮔﺮوه 1 )، 1000 (ﮔﺮوه2) و 1500 (ﮔﺮوه4) ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم ﻋﺼــﺎره ي ﺳــﺒﻮس ﺑﺮﻧﺞ در ﻫﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺧﻮراك در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ 4ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻪ ﻫﺮ ﮔﺮوه داراي 3 ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﻮد اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.ﺗﻌﺪاد 60 ﻋﺪد ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزﻧﯽ 58/. ±20 ﮔﺮم در درون وان ﻫﺎي 100 ﻟﯿﺘﺮي ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت 5ﻋﺪد در ﻫﺮ وان ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ در ﮔﺮوه 3 ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ ﮔﺮوه 2 ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و ﮔﺮوه 4 داراي اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـــﺪ (P< 0/05).در ﺧﺼـــﻮص ﺷـــﺎﺧﺺ ﺿـــﺮﯾﺐ ﺑﻘﺎ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎ ﻣﺸـــﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ(P>0/05).ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻏﺬاي ﺧﻮرده ﺷﺪه ي روزاﻧﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ در ﮔﺮوه 4 و ﮐﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان در ﮔﺮوه1 (ﺷﺎﻫﺪ) ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ..ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ دوز ﭘﯿﺸــﻨﻬﺎدي دوز1000 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم در ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺧﻮراك ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷــﺪ زﯾﺮا در ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﻓﻮق اﻟﺬﮐﺮ ، دوز ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه 4 (1500ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم ﻋﺼﺎره ﺳﺒﻮس ﺑﺮﻧﺞ در ﻫﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺧﻮراك) از ﻟﺤﺎظ آﻣﺎري اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻧﺪا ﺷﺘﻪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دوز 1000 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺧﻮراك ﺳﺒﺐ ﮐﻢ ﺗﺮ ﺷﺪن ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪي ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
This research was carried out to evaluate the effect of different levels of rice hull extracts on Survival rate and some nutritional factors of goldfish (Carassius auratus) for 42 days.The experiment was conducted using completely randomized design including 0 (control), 500 (group 1), 1000 (group 2) and 1500 (group 4) mg per kg of feed in 4 groups, each group having 3 replications.Sixty goldfish with an average weight of 20 ± 0.58 g were placed in 100-liter baths in 5 pieces per bath.The best feed conversion ratio was observed in group 3, except for group 2 with control group and group 4 with significant difference(P<0/05).Regarding SUR there is no significant difference between all groups (P>0/05). ). The highest DFI was in group 4 and the lowest in group 1 (control).The most effective dose is a dose of 1000 mg / kg of feed, because in the above mentioned factors, the dosage was not significantly different from that of group 4 (1500 mg of extract of rice hull extract per kg of feed), and also the best feed conversion ratio This group was observed. On the other hand, the use of a dose of 1000 mg / kg of feed reduces production costs.
