ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻋﺼﺎره و اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻟﻌﻞ ﮐﻮﻫﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﺮ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ و اﻧﻔﺠﺎر ﺗﻨﻔﺴﯽ در ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺗﯿﻼﭘﯿﺎي ﻧﯿﻞ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزﻧﯽ 45 ﮔﺮم ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮﮐﻢ 20 ﻣﺎﻫﯽ در ﻫﺮ آﮐﻮارﯾﻮم در 14 ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 7 ﺗﯿﻤﺎر و 2 ﺗﮑﺮار ذﺧﯿﺮهﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻋﺼﺎره و اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ ﺑﺎ دوزﻫﺎي (1 /، 1 ،10 ﮔﺮم ﺑﻪ ازاء ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻏﺬا) ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 60 روز ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽﻫﺎ داده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﻓﺰودن دوزﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻋﺼﺎره و اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﻟﻌﻞ ﮐﻮﻫﺴﺘﺎن ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري در ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﮔﺮوﻫﻬﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻧﻤﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﯿﺰان NBT در ﮔﺮوﻫﻬﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در روزﻫﺎي 40 و 60ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. در ﻫﺮ دو دوره ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان در ﮔﺮوه ﻋﺼﺎره ﺑﺎ دوز 1 ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of different levels of extract and essential oil of Denak Oliveria decumbens on the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) and respiratory burst activity in Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus. Fishes (ABW= 45 gr) were allocated in 7 groups in duplicate each of 20 individuals. Fish were fed on diet containing different doses of extract and essential oil ( 0.1, 1, 10 g per kg of food) for 60 days. The results showed that the addition of different doses of extract and essential oil of Denak did not significantly affect the respiratory burst activity in different group concluding not having negative effect on fish growth .The results also showed that respiratory burst activity levels were significantly differed in different groups on days 40 and 60. In both sapling times, the highest respiratory burst activity was observed in the extract group with dose 1%.
