چكيده فارسي :
در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﭘﺮو ﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﭘﺮي ﻣﺎﻻك ﺑﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﺷﺪ وﯾﮋه، ﻃﻮل ﮐﻞ و درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺑﭽﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺳﻔﯿﺪ درﯾﺎي ﺧﺰر ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﺗﻌﺪاد 300 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﺑﭽﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺳﻔﯿﺪ در ﻣﺨﺎزن وﻧﯿﺮو ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﭽﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎوي ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺻﻔﺮ (ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ)، 1 ،0/5 و 1/5 ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﭘﺮو ﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺑﭽﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن روزاﻧﻪ دو ﺑﺎر و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﭘﺮي ﻣﺎﻻك اﺛﺮات ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ وزن ﺑﺪن، ﻃﻮل ﮐﻞ، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﺷﺪ وﯾﮋه داﺷﺘﻪ و ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ وﮐﺎﻫﺶ درﺻﺪ ﺗﻠﻔﺎت در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن ﺑﺪن، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﺷﺪ وﯾﮋه، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ و ﻃﻮل ﮐﻞ در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮه ﺣﺎوي 5 /0 , 5 /1 ﮔﺮم ﭘﺮو ﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﻌﻨﺎ داري در رﺷﺪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد(0.05>p). ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪگي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ(0.05>p). ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺮ روي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﻻﺷﻪ در ﺑﭽﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺳﻔﯿﺪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ داري داﺷﺖ (P<0.05).
چكيده لاتين :
This study was undertaken to evaluate the effects of Premalac on feed intake, weight gain, food conversation ratio, specific growth rate, total length and survival of juvenile Kutum, Rutilus frisii kutum. For this purpose, 300 fish were stocked in three replications at the VENIRO tanks and fed twice daily by 0.5, 1 and 1.5 g/Kg of premalac for 8 weeks. Results showed that Growth factors including: Weight gain, specific growth rate, growth rate, feed conversion ratio and body weight index for fish administrated by 0.15 percent premalac showed a statistical significant differences (P<0.05) by control. Protein rate increase in probiotic treatment ( 4,5 and 6 with 0.05, 0.1 and 0.15 percent premalac in diet )of carcass analysis and showed a statistical significant differences (P<0.05) by control. Moreover, fish fed by 0.05 percent Premalac and 0.15 percent Premalac multienzyme showed a significant difference (P<0.05) in higher survival rate than control.
