ﭼﮑﯿﺪه: در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺳـــﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺷـــﻨﺎﺳـــﯽ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ10 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺮزم ﮐﻪ داراي ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزﻧﯽ60/4 ±285/5 ﮔﺮم و ﻃﻮل ﻣﺘﻮ سط 1/97± 28/87 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﺮو ﺳﮑﻮﭘﯿﮏ و ﻫﯿﺴﺘﻮﻣﺘﺮﯾﮏ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺧﺎرج ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻦ ﮐﻠﯿﻪﻫﺎ از ﻣﺤﻮﻃﻪ ﺑﻄﻨﯽ، از ﻗ ﺴﻤﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺑﺮداري اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻋﻤﻞ ﺛﺒﻮت، اﯾﻦ ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎ در ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﺑﻮﺋﻦ ﻗﺮار داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ روش ﻣﻌﻤﻮل ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻃﻊ ﺑﺎﻓﺘﯽ، ﺑﺮشﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ 5-6 ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻣﺘﺮ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ و ﻣﻮرد رﻧﮓآﻣﯿﺰي H&E و PAS ﻗﺮار داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣ ﺸﺎﻫﺪات ﻣﯿﮑﺮو ﺳﮑﻮﭘﯽ ﻧ ﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ دﻓﻌﯽ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺮزم از ﺟ ﺴﻤﮏﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﯿﻮي و ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي ادراري ﺗ ﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪات ﻣﯿﮑﺮو ﺳﮑﻮﭘﯿﮏ، ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي ادراري ﺑﺨﺶ ﮔﺮدﻧﯽ از ﺳﻠﻮلﻫﺎي ﻣﮑﻌﺒﯽ ﺗﺎ اﺳﺘﻮاﻧﻪاي ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﺑﺎ ﺳﯿﺘﻮﭘﻼﺳﻢ ﺑﺎزوﻓﯿﻠﯿﮏ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد. ﻗﺴﻤﺖ اول ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ داراي ﺳﻠﻮلﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﻮاﻧﻪاي ﺑﻠﻨﺪ و ﺳﯿﺘﻮﭘﻼﺳﻢ اﺋﻮزﯾﻨﻮﻓﯿﻠﯿﮏ ﺧﻔﯿﻒ و ﻟﺒﻪ ﻣﺴﻮاﮐﯽ در آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺑﯽ دﯾﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﻗﺴﻤﺖ دوم ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻠﻮلﻫﺎي ﭘﻮﺷﺸﯽ اﺳﺘﻮاﻧﻪاي و ﺑﻠﻨﺪﺗﺮ از ﻗﺴﻤﺖ اول ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺳﯿﺘﻮﭘﻼ ﺳﻢ اﺋﻮزﯾﻨﻮﻓﯿﻠﯿﮏ ﺧﻔﯿﻒ ﻣ ﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺳﻮﻣﯿﻦ ﻗ ﺴﻤﺖ از ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎ ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﻗ ﺴﻤﺖ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﯽ ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي ادراري در ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺮزم داراي دﯾﻮارهاي ﺑﺎ ﺳﻠﻮلﻫﺎي ﭘﻮﺷﺸﯽ ﻣﮑﻌﺒﯽ ﺗﺎ اﺳﺘﻮاﻧﻪ اي و ﺳﯿﺘﻮﭘﻼﺳﻢ اﺋﻮزﯾﻨﻮﻓﯿﻠﯿﮏ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ، اﻣﺎ ﻟﺒﻪ ﻣﺴﻮاﮐﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﻗ ﺴﻤﺖ از ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎ ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﻣ ﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﺒﻮد. ﺑﺨﺶ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه دور ﻧﯿﺰ از ﺳﻠﻮلﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﻮاﻧﻪاي ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﺑﺎ ﻫﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﯿﻀﯽ ﺷﮑﻞ در ﻗﺎﻋﺪه ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻓﺎﻗﺪ ﻟﺒﻪ ﻣﺴﻮاﮐﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
At present study, kidneys of 10 normal Barbus pectoralis with average weight 285.50±60.4 gr and length 28.87± 1.97 cm have been studied macroscopically and microscopically. The kidneys were collected by autopsy and tissue samples were sectioned by routine paraffin embedding and stain by H&E and PAS. Microscopic studies showed that excretory portion of kidney parenchyma consisted of renal corpuscle and urinary tubules. Renal corpuscle was composed of glomerulus and bowman’s capsule. Microscopic study of urinary tubules showed that neck segment exists and consists of a single layer of ciliated cuboidal or low columnar epithelial cells. Cytoplasm of these cells stained slightly basophilic. The epithelium of first proximal segment was consisted of tall columnar epithelial cells with a slightly eosinophilic cytoplasm and an apical brush border. The second proximal segment has a taller columnar epithelium. The cytoplasm of these cells was stained intensely eosinophilic. Intermediate segment well developed in the Barbus pectoralis, which surrounded by cuboidal or short columnar epithelial cells with inconspicuous brush border. The cytoplasm of these cells was stained intensely eosinophilic. The distal segment was lined with low and pale columnar epithelial cells and oval nuclei situated in basal area. The brush border was absent in this segment.
