اﺛﺮ دﻣﺎ و ﺷﻮري ﺑﺮ روي رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﻣﺎده ﺗﻮﺋﯿﻨﯽ (Capoeta trutta (Heckel,1843 در رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﻮر ﺟﻨﻮب ﻏﺮب اﯾﺮان

Effect of temperature and salinity on growth and reproduction of female Capoeta trutta in Shour River, South West of Iran

ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ و زﯾ ﺴﺘﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دﻣﺎ ، ﺷﻮري، ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ، ﻃﻮل و وزن ﮐﻞ ﺑﺮ روي ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪﻣﺜﻠﯽ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺗﻮﺋﯿﻨﯽ (Capoeta trutta (Heckel,1843 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ از رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﻮر ﺑﻮﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﺗﻮر ﮔﻮﺷﮕﯿﺮ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ در ﻃﻮل 12 ﻣﺎه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺑﺮداري از ﺗﯿﺮ ﻣﺎه 1390ﺗﺎ ﺧﺮداد 1391 ﺻﯿﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧ ﺸﺎن داد ﺗﻼش ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪﻣﺜﻠﯽ در ﺳﻨﯿﻦ2- 5 سالگي ﺳﺎﻟﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ وزن ﺑﺪن داراي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ ﺑﻮد (0/05>P) و دﻣﺎي آب در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن 3،2و 4 ﺳﺎﻟﻪ داراي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻼش ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪﻣﺜﻠﯽ ﺑﻮد )(0/05>P) ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﻃﻮل ﮐﻞ داراي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺎ دﻣﺎي آب در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن 2 ﺳـــﺎﻟﻪ، 5 و 6 ﺳـــﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻮد (0/05>P) .در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن 3 ﺳـــﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻃﻮل ﮐﻞ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ec راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري وﺟﻮد داﺷـــﺖ در ﺣﺎﻟﯽﮐﻪ در ﺳـــﺎﯾﺮ ﺳـــﻨﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﮕﺮدﯾﺪ(0/05>P). ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ دﻣﺎي آب ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪﻣﺜﻠﯽ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺗﻮﺋﯿﻨﯽ Capoeta trutta ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.

To study the effects of biological and environmental factors, including water temperature, salinity, conductivity, total length and body weight on some growth and reproduction feature of tuwini fish ,173 fish were caught by gill nets of June 2010 to July 2011 From Shour River. When statistically significant Total weight at most years had positive effect on reproduction effort in contrast water temperature had negative effect on Lt in 2, 5 and 6 years. The results showed that only in 3 years fishes Electrical conductivity had negative effect on Lt. The results of this study showed that the water temperature is the primary factor affecting the growth and reproductive characteristics of Capoeta trutta Species.
