ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺗﺠﻮﯾﺰ ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ ﭘﻮدر ﭘﻮﺳﺖ ﺳﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ، ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺪن ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺰل آﻻي رﻧﮕﯿﻦﮐﻤﺎن(Oncorhynchus mykiss) در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﯾﮑﺴﺎن ﭘﺮورﺷﯽ

در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺠﻮﯾﺰ ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ ﭘﻮﺳﺖ ﺳﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد رﺷﺪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺼﻬﺎي ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ اي ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺰل آﻻي رﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﮐﻤﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﻮﺳﺖ ﺳﯿﺮ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ 0، 5 /0 و 1 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﯿﺮه ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺰل آﻻ اﻓﺰوده ﺷﺪ. در اﻧﺘﻬﺎي دوره آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ؛ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ، ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ،ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺪن ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻫﯿﭽﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻠﻔﺎﺗﯽ در ﻃﻮل دوره آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺻﻮرت ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ. اﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﭘﻮﺳﺖ ﺳﯿﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﮕﺮدﯾﺪ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻣﻐﺬي ﺑﺪن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ، ﭼﺮﺑﯽ و ﺧﺎﮐﺴﺘﺮ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري را ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪاد وﻟﯽ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد رﺷﺪ، ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻣﻐﺬي در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 0/5 % ﭘﻮدر ﭘﻮﺳﺖ ﺳﯿﺮ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻟﺬا اﻓﺰودن 0/5 % ﭘﻮﺳﺖ ﺳﯿﺮ در ﺟﯿﺮه ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺰل آﻻ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻌﻨﻮان ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﺮاي آﻧﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ در .ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﯿﻤﺎري اﺳﺘﺨﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﺮورﺷﯽ ﻣﻄﺮح ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

In this study, oral effects of garlic skin was carried out on growth performance and nutritional indices of rainbow trout for 8 weeks. Garlic skin was added to salmon basal diet at various levels of 0, 0.5 and 1%.At the end of the experiment, growth, nutrition, survival and chemical composition of the body were evaluated. The results showed no mortality during the trial period. Also there were no significant difference in growth , nutrition,body composition of fishes including protein, fat and ash indices between the control group and fish fed on the garlic skin. But the best performance Growth, nutritional efficiency and nutrient composition were obtained in 0.5% dressings of garlic skin powder.So, adding 0.5% garlic skin to salmon ratio can be used as an alternative to antibiotics and other therapeutic agents in disease controlling in the cultivated ponds.
