ﭼﮑﯿﺪه: ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﯿﮑﺮوبﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰﺑﺎن ﺳﻮد ﻣﯽرﺳﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ و ﯾﮏ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻮاد ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ و آﻧﺘﯽﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏﻫﺎ در ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي Lactobacillus fermentum و ﻣﺨﻤﺮ Saccharomyces cerevisiae ﺑﺮ روي ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ و ﻣﯿﺰان اﻧﻔﺠﺎرﺗﻨﻔﺴﯽ lاﻫﯽ ﻗﺰلآﻻيرﻧﮕﯿﻦﮐﻤﺎن Oncorhynchus mykiss ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزن 250 ± 50 ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 30 روز ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺲ از دو ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﻪ 4 ﮔﺮوه ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﮑﺮار ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﮔﺮوه اول ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﻻﮐﺘﻮﺑﺎﺳﯿﻠﻮسﻓﺮﻣﻨﺘﻮم ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 107CFU/g، ﮔﺮوه دوم ﺑﺎ ﻣﺨﻤﺮ ﺳﺎﮐﺎروﻣﺎﯾﺴﯿﺲ ﺑﺎ غلظت 107CFU/g ﮔﺮوه ﺳﻮم ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﻻﮐﺘﻮﺑﺎﺳﯿﻠﻮسﻓﺮﻣﻨﺘﻮم و ﻣﺨﻤﺮ ﺳﺎﮐﺎروﻣﺎﯾﺴﯿﺲ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈت 107CFU/g و ﮔﺮوه ﭼﻬﺎرم ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﮑﻤﻞﻫﺎي ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن داﻧﮑﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ اﻧﻔﺠﺎرﺗﻨﻔﺴﯽ و ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﻧﺪارد (P≥ ./05) .
چكيده لاتين :
Probiotics are known as the microbes that are beneficial to the host and act as an alternative to chemicals and antibiotics in fish farming. The objects of this study were to study the effects of Lactobacillus fermentum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae on the respiratory burst activity and growth factors in rainbow trout. Fish (ABW= 250 ± 50 gr) were fed on diet supplemented with selected probiotics for 30 days. Fish were divided into 4 groups with two replications after two weeks of adaptation. Fish in first, second and third groups received Lactobacillus fermentum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and combination of bacterium and yeast at 107 CFU/g, while fish in control group fed on basic diet without any probiotics. The results of this study showed that use of supplemented fed did not significantly affect the respiratory burst activity and growth factors (P≥0/05).
