Small Punch Test (SPT) has been used widely to evaluate different mechanical properties of materials while many investigators reported noticeable similarity between SPT results and the conventional creep test curves. They also suggested acceptable equation main parameters of SPT and conventional creep test. In Small Punch Test a disk of 0.5mm thick and 10mm in diameter is loaded with a ball in elevated temperature and disk central deflection is measured accurately with time. The test results include the disk deflection rate during the test and time to fracture for different combinations of temperature and load. In this work fatigue tests were performed on SS304 strips at room temperature. Then samples were prepared from these temperature. The degradation of material under fatigue loading was investigated with Small punch test results using the usage factor concept. The results show that Small Punch Creep Test can be used for fatigue life assessment using coefficients on the creep and fatigue usage factors.
