this research performed in plant breeding laboratory, shahid bahonar college, kerman in order to study the effect of Salicylic acid on the yield of two wheat cultivars Roshan and American under salt stress conditions, was carried out with three replication in the years 1395-96. Amounts of Salicylic acid (0*4*6*9 mM) and salinity stress was (0*1*2*3 mM) for Roshan and amounts of Salicylic acid (0*4*6 mM) and salinity stress (0*1*2*3 mM) for American wheat cultivar. Based on the results , it was determined that salinity stress reduces the amounts of root ,stem, shoot and yield in wheat plants. Based on the results of this experiment, it can be concluded that seed pre-treatment with Salicylic acid is an easy and low-risk technique that may be used as a solution to improve with resistance under salt stress conditions. Drought is the most important factor limiting plant production in the majority of agricultural crops of the world. Wheat is generally grown on arid-agricultural fields.
