In this paper we apply data mining tools and statistical methods to reveal hidden patterns in personnel s attitudes at any organization like banks, chain markets and restaurants with two separate sections: line and staff. We will propose an analytical strategy to recognize noticeable strengths and weaknesses which can affect human resource (HR) factors such as satisfaction and personnel s commitment. Focusing on these facets of HR literature, we will follow a problem discovering strategy based upon data mining techniques and will excavate behavioral rules beneath the current culture in these separate sections of organization thereby will let improve the quality of offered services at this organization through applying adequate remedial strategies for lighted on weaknesses and supporting attitudes for introduced strengths. Eventually, this method will be examined at a bank in Iran entitled: ENBank based upon 2407 filled questionnaire by its personnel.
