هر نظام سياسي به دنبال تدوين استراتژي ها و شاكله اساسي خود به همراه تبيين آرمانها، برنامه ها و ساختارها مي بايست براي دفع و رفع موانع و مشكلات خود چاره برون رفت ارائه دهد. تا در مقوله كارآمدي دچار آسيب، چالش، ناكارآمدي، نارضايتي و افول نگردد. نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران با آرمان استقلال، آزادي، مردم سالاري ديني، بسط عدالت و رفع محروميت پا به عرصه وجود گذاشته و حدوثا و بقائا توجه ويژه به مسائل زنان داشته و دارد. تا جايگاه رفيع انساني و ارزشهاي الهي زنان را به سطح كيفي مطلوب نائل گرداند. مسائل زنان در كل جهان بعد از دوره مدرنيته و رنسانس عموما و در كشورهاي اسلامي و ايران قبل و بعد از انقلاب خصوصا با ديدگاهها و رويكردهاي افراطي تجدد گرايانه و ديدگاه تفريطي متحجرانه مواجهه بوده است. تدوين و عملي سازي نقشه و هندسه جامع، منطقي و عيني در زمينه حقوق و ارزشهاي فردي، خانوادگي، سياسي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي زنان شرط لازم كارآمدي نظام ج.ا.ا. در مسائل زنان مي اشد. اين مقاله به روش تحليلي، توصيفي و كتابخانه اي به تبيين جايگاه زنان در عرصه هاي مختلف در ايران بعد از انقلاب اسلامي پرداخته و با ارائه راهكارهاي عيني و عملي جهت حل معضلات و آسيب هاي مسائل زنان پرداخته است. چالشهايي از قبيل حضور زنان در ورزشگاهها، اشتغال زنان، حق طلاق براي زنان، ديه برابر زنان؛ شكنجه و تجاوز عليه زنان از چالشهاي انقلاب اسلامي در حيطه زنان نام برده شده كه در اين مقاله بر بحث حضور زنان در ورزشگاهها تمركز خواهد شد. و به ارائه راهكار پرداخته شده است.
