The purpose of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of the in-service teacher training courses on the pre-school children’s development and to use theoretical and practical method in order to progress training in children. Contrary to the other studies in this field, which focused their attention on experience, knowledge, and skills of the instructors, this study attempts to use theoretical and practical method due to their function. According to this research, the real instruments have enormous effective on learning and to increase learning speed. This study was conducted in Marivan, kurdistan, Iran. This was a descriptive survey. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The participants of the study were 60 females’ pre-school teachers in Marivan, kurdistan, Iran. The result of the study revealed that many of the teachers tend to use practical method with theoretical method. They believed by using theoretical and practical method, we can accelerate learning and to prepare children for their next life courses
