Set of various factors including the limited fossil resources, negative environmental impacts, rising fossil fuel price, have been causes many politicians and experts on energy move to create the new structure that is based on providing energy security, protect the environment, promote energy efficiency. The researchers are looking for an alternative to fossil fuels, fuel that would have cost less than fossil fuels and no environmental pollution and renewable. One of these alternatives is the fuel cell. Fuel cell is a clean source so this paper focuses on the fuel cell and presents new method for improving maximum power point tracking of fuel cell. Because of the Fuzzy logic controller is useful in applications of nonlinear static characteristic so it is used for controlling of power of fuel cell. The algorithm used is eagle strategy and the set point of fuzzy logic controller is estimated by eagle strategy. This approach is simulated in Matlab software and in the ending of this paper, comparison is presented between P O and Fuzzy Control Method and ED-DE with Fuzzy logic controller.
