In this research, artificial neural network (ANN) as an intelligent method combined with spectrophotometry technique, were used for determination of Sofosbuvir (SOF) and Ledipasvir (LED) in synthetic mixtures and Harvoni tablet simultaneously. Feed-forward back-propagation network with different training algorithms was applied in artificial neural network method. Finally, this method was compared to the high- performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as a reference method. Furthermore, the obtained results of the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test at the 95 % confidence level showed that there was no significant difference between the proposed and reference method.
