Due to the leakage of materials in the environment, the flammable vapor cloud is diluted. Thus, only in a specific concentration range, the vapor cloud of materials can be hazardous. The two parameters of UEL (UFL) and LEL (LFL) are used to identify the hazardous ranges with flammability or explosion potential. In this study, explosives atmospheric volumes were studied on the windward side according to the Pasquill criterion, and air parameters were studied to determine LEL (LFL) of the straight-chain paraffinic hydrocarbons with molecules in C1 to C9 range that it was found that by lowering the temperature, LEL of methane is reduced, but LEL of ethane is increased. Also, LEL comparisons at three levels of (1m) and (3m) and water with a radius of at least 5km showed that by reducing the mean elevation of terrains, LEL of materials covers more distances
