Assessment of some Antioxidant properties of brown algae Dictyota friabilis of chabahar Coastal Waters

جلبك هاي دريايي منابع غني از آنتي اكسيدان هستند و با توجه به اين كه محيط زيست دريايي جنوب كشور داراي منابع بالقوه اي از فراورده هاي طبيعي فعال از جمله جلبك هاي دريايي مي باشند و تا كنون توجه ويژه اي به آن ها نشده است اين تحقيق درصدد بررسي خواص آنتي اكسيدان عصاره جلبك قهوه ايfriabilis Dictyota سواحل چابهار برآمده است. هدف از بررسي اين آزمايش، سنجش قدرت كاهشي عصاره جلبك قهوه ايfriabilis Dictyota در غلظت هاي 1، 1/0 و 01/0 مي باشد. عصاره جلبك قهوه ايfriabilis Dictyota با استفاده از روش استخراج به كمك دستگاه شيكر استخراج شد. تيمارهاي مورد نظر شامل 4 نوع حلال (كلروفرم، ان هگزان، دي كلرومتان و متانول) و به مدت زمان 2 ساعت در دستگاه شيكر و نسبت جلبك به حلال 4:1 استخراج گرديد. نتايج به دست آمده از اين آزمايش نشان داد كه خواص آنتي اكسيدان عصاره جلبك قهوه اي friabilis Dictyota در زمينه صنعت دارو بسيار قابل توجه است.

Marine algae are rich in antioxidants, so this study conducted in order to investigate the antioxidant properties of the brown algae “Dictyota friabilis” from Chabahar Coastal Waters. The purpose of this experiment is to measure the assessment reduction power of the brown algae Dictyota friabilis extract at different concentrations (1, 0.1, 0.01 mg/mL). The extracts of brown algae Dictyota friabilis were extracted with a shaker device. The experiments included 4 types of solvents (chloroform, n-Hexane, dichloromethane and methanol) were extracted during 2 hours in a shaker by a ratio of algae to solvent of 1:4. The results showed that the antioxidant properties of the brown algae extract “Dictyota friabilis” could be in attention on the pharmaceutical industries.
