ارائه يك زنجيره تامين پويا براي اعضاي زنجيره تامين با نقش متغير به عنوان توليد كننده و مصرف كننده در دوره هاي مختلف در شرايط عدم قطعيت، مدل رياضي و رويكردحل

امروزه با توجه به اهميت رقات در ارائه محصولات و خدمات به مشتريان، مديريت زنجيره تامين اهميت فراواني يافته است. دامنه اين رقابت علاوه بر هزينه، مسائل ديگري همچون مسائل زيست محيطي، سرعت در ارائه خدمات و محصولات، درجه اطمينان محصول و خدمت و مواردي از اين قبيل را پوشش مي¬دهد. در اين مقاله به بررسي نوعي زنجيره تامين پرداخته شده است كه اعضاي آن در دوره¬اي توليد كننده و در دوره¬اي ديگر مصرف كننده مي¬باشند. اين نوع زنجيره تامين در موارد واقعي بسياري به چشم مي¬خورد كه در ادامه بيان مي¬گردد. همچنين با توجه به چند دوره¬اي و پويا بودن اين نوع زنجيره، و همچنين نوسانات بازار، عدم قطعيت در تعدادي از پارامترهاي مسئله به وجود مي¬آيد. به همين دليل با استفاده از مجموعه¬هاي فازي اين عدم قطعيت در پارامترهاي مدل در نظر گرفته خواهد شد. در ادامه، مسئله با استفاده از داده¬هاي عددي تصادفي در دو مقياس كوچك و بزرگ بررسي مي¬شود. در مقياس كوچك با استفاده از نرم¬افزار GAMS جواب دقيق مسئله را به دست آورده و سپس باحل مسئله توسط الگوريتم¬هاي فراابتكاري شبيه¬سازي تبريد و جستجوي ممنوعه مقايسه مي¬شود. با توجه به NP-hard بودن مسئله امكان حل دقيق مسائل در ابعاد بزرگ، در زمان قابل قبول وجود ندارد به همين دليل فقط توسط الگوريتم¬هاي فراابتكاري شبيه¬سازي تبريد و جستجوي ممنوعه حل گشته و مقايسه مي¬شوند.

Due to the importance of competition in the provision of products and customer service, management of supply chains has become very important. The scope of this competition, in addition to costs, covers other issues such as environmental problems, fast delivery of products and services, product and service reliability. In this paper, we investigate a supply chain in which, members are producers in one period and are consumers in other one. This type of supply chain can be seen abundantly in real life conditions which will be described as follow. Also according to multi-period and dynamic nature of this type of chains, as well as market fluctuations, many uncertainties can be caused. Because of the uncertainty in model parameters fuzzy sets be considered in the parameters of the model. Then randomly-generated problems with small and large size will be investigated. In problems with small size, using GAMS software exact solution is obtained and then problems will be solved with meta-heuristic algorithms such as tabu search along with simulated annealing. According to NP-hardness of the problem, it is not possible to accurately solve problems on a large scale in reasonable time thus, problems are only solved with meta-heuristic algorithms.
