طراحي و توسعه مدل مفهومي بهبود عملكرد صنايع در بازار رقابتي با رويكرد تحليل عاملي؛ بررسي تاثير ابعاد به كارگيري مديريت الكترونيك ارتباط با مشتريان در مديريت زنجيره تامين (مطالعه موردي: صنعت ساختمان و مسكن)

Design and develop the conceptual model of improving the industries performance in competitive market with factor analysis of ECRM aspects effects on supply chain management (Case study: The construction and housing industry)

امروزه همه سازمان‌ها به نوعي در معرض تحولات فناوري اطلاعات قرار دارند و جلوه‌هاي كاربرد اين فناوري در كليه‌ حوزه‌هاي زنجيره تامين به ويژه ارتباط با مشتريان آشكار است. بنابراين كاربرد فناوري اطلاعات در بهبود مديريت زنجيره تامين خواه‌ناخواه تاثيرگذار است. در چنين شرايطي مديريت الكترونيك ارتباط با مشتريان به عنوان يك استراتژي بازاريابي، فروش و خدمات آنلاين مي‌تواند در شناسايي، بدست آوردن و نگهداري مشترياني كه بزرگترين سرمايه شركت محسوب مي‌شوند، ايفاي نقش نمايد. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تاثير بكارگيري ECRM در مديريت زنجيره تامين بر بهبود عملكرد كسب وكارها در بازار رقابتي انجام گرفته و جامعه آماري آن را مديران و مشتريان 124 شركت فعال در زمينه تامين‌ تداركات صنعت ساختمان و مسكن مجهز به سيستم ECRM تشكيل مي‌دهند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي، و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در آن پرسشنامه است. براي آزمون ساختار عاملي متغيرهاي مدل مفهومي پژوهش از آزمون تحليل عاملي تاييدي با استفاده از نرم‌افزار LISREL و براي بررسي مطلوبيت متغيرهاي پژوهش از آزمون تي تك‌نمونه‌اي استفاده شد. براساس نتايج پژوهش ابعاد مختلف ECRM در مديريت زنجيره تامين شركت‌ها و مديريت زنجيره تامين بر عملكرد آن‌ها در بازار رقابتي اثر مثبت و معناداري دارد. همچنين بررسي فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش و نتايج آزمون مدل، اثر مثبت بكارگيري ECRM در مديريت زنجيره تامين بر بهبود عملكرد در بازار رقابتي را مورد تاييد قرار مي‌دهد و اين بدان معناست كه شركت‌هاي مورد بررسي از نظر بكارگيري ECRM در مديريت زنجيره تامين در سطح نسبتاً خوبي قرار دارند.

Todays, all organization are exposed to somehow of information technology developments and the effects of this technologys application in all areas of the supply chain are clear, especially in customer relationship. So, inevitably application of information technology has effect on improving supply chain management. In such circumstances, ECRM as a marketing, sales and online service strategy can playing role in identify, obtaining and keeping customers who are the greatest assists of company. This study has been done with the aim of studying the effects of using ECRM in supply chain management to improve business performance in a competitive market and the statistical population are managers and customers of 124 active company in the field of construction and housing industry supply chain that equipped to ECRM systems. The aim of this study in terms of object is functional, in terms of data collection method is descriptive-survey and data collection tools is questionnaire. The confirmatory factor analysis with LISREL software was applied to examine the factor structure of the variables of conceptual research model, and the One-sample T-Test was used to examine the utility of research variables. According to the research results, the various aspects of ECRM have significant positive effect on the companys supply chain management, and supply chain management has significant positive effect on their performance in competitive market. While studying the research hypothesis and model test results, the positive effect of applying ECRM in supply chain management on the improving performance in competitive market was confirmed also, and this means that the companies which were surveyed in terms of the use of ECRM in supply chain management are in a relatively good level.
