شناسايي و اولويت بندي عوامل موثر بر مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت ها (CSR) در پروژه هاي عمراني مبتني بر روش هاي ISM و DEMATEL

شركت ها براي اينكه بتوانند جايگاه خود را در جامعه حفظ نمايند يا بهبود بخشند، به نحوي كه باعث ادامه بقا و موفقيت شان دركار شود، لازم است به مسئوليت اجتماعي خود توجه لازم داشته باشند و با توجه به اين عوامل مي توانند بهتر به اهداف بلند مدت شان دست يابند. هدف از اين پژوهش، شناسايي و اولويت بندي عوامل موثر مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت ها در پروژه هاي عمراني در قالب يك مدل يكپارچه است. با مرور ادبيات پژوهش و اخذ نظر خبرگان، موضوع در قالب 6شاخص (حفظ محيط زيست, كيفيت ساخت و ساز و ايمني, رفاه جامعه ي محلي, منافع كاركنان, منافع مشتري و تمهيدات نهادي(اجراي) مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت) مورد شناسايي قرار گرفت؛ سپس پرسشنامه ماتريسي ساختار‌يافته با رويكرد مدل‌سازي ساختاري تفسيري براي تعيين ارتباطات بينابيني اين شاخص‌ها بررسي شد وپرسشنامه ديگري به منظور به دست آوردن رابطه ي بين عوامل و اولويت بندي شان در مدل از طريق روش ديمتل تدوين گرديد. داده‌هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازي ساختاري تفسيري و روش ديمتل ، تحليل و در 6 سطح در يك شبكه تعاملي ترسيم شد كه درنتيجه شاخص كيفيت ساخت و ساز و ايمني در بالاترين سطح قرار گرفت. همچنين، قدرت نفوذ و ميزان وابستگي اين شاخص‌ها نسبت به هم در ماتريس قدرت نفوذ-وابستگي، موردبررسي قرار گرفت. طبق يافته‌ها پرنفوذترين شاخص در ماتريس قدرت نفوذ-وابستگي هم، شاخص كيفيت ساخت و ساز و ايمني است؛ لذا تحقق مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت ها در پروژه هاي عمراني درگرو در نظر گرفتن اهميت كيفيت ساخت و ساز و ايمني است و شركت ها مي‌بايست با اين نگرش، عوامل موثر مسئوليت اجتماعي پروژه هاي عمراني خود را طراحي نمايند.

In order to protect and improve their positions in society such that it brings success and survival, companies are required to consider social responsibility. The goal of this research is to identify and prioritize the effective factors in corporate social responsibility in civil projects in an integrated framework. By reviewing literature and adopting scholar’s opinions, the issue was identified in 6 indices (protecting environment, construction quality, safety, local society well- being, employees benefits, customer benefits and administrative arrangements)(CSR implementation). The constructed matrix questionnaire with ISM approach for determining the interconnection of indices were investigated and an alternative questionnaire was formulated for reaching the relation between factors and their priorities in model via DEMTEL method. The resulting data was analyzed by using interpretive structural modeling and DEMATEL method and mapped in 6 levels in an interactive framework. As a result, the index of ‘’construction quality and safety ‘’ was reached the highest level. Also the impact power and the dependency degree of indices were investigated in MICMAC matrix. According to the findings , the strongest index in the above matrix was ‘’construction quality and safety ‘’. Thus the realization of corporate social responsibility in construction(civil)projects is in the pledge of considering the importance of construction quality and safety and with this insight in mind, firms are required to design effective elements of social responsibility of their civil projects.
