This paper addresses a two dimensional differential equation that
called Van der Pol equation. The first-order approximate
symmetries for the Van der Pol equation by the method of
approximate transformation groups are computed. Then the set
of conservation law associated with the algebra of approximate
symmetries of the Van der Pol equation is constructed.
