The relativistic Klein–Gordon equation under spin symmetry in D-dimensional with Tietz-Hua (TH) potential is investigated for arbitrary spin-orbit quantum number Ɩ using the Pekeris approximation scheme to deal with the spin-orbit coupling terms. The Parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method is used to obtain the energy Eigen-values and wave functions for a few-body bound system. To show the accuracy of the present model, the dependence of the few-body energy levels on the potential parameters has been investigated.
