بررسي نقش رهبري تحولگرا بر تداوم استفاده از سيستمهاي اطلاعات استراتژيك (مطالعه موردي: پژوهشگاه نصر)

The role of transformational leadership on the continued use of strategic information systems (Case study: Nasr Research Institute)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش رهبري تحولگرا بر تداوم استفاده از سيستمهاي اطلاعات استراتژيك صورت گرفت اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش در زمره تحقيقات توصيفي پيمايشي قرار ميگيرد جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر كليه كاركنان پژوهشگاه نصر مي باشد براي تعيين حجم نمونه از فرمول كوكران استفاده شده است ، كه با توجه به جامعه آماري 300 نفري حجم نمونه مورد نياز پژوهش 169 نفر مي باشد ابزار گردآوري در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه مي باشد كه پايايي اين پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0.891 تاييد شد جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي جمع آوري شده از نرم افزار مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري اموس استفاده گرديد نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه رهبري تحولگرا بر تداوم استفاده از سيستمهاي اطلاعات استراتژيك تاثير معني داري دارد همچنين رهبري مبادله اي بر تاثير رضايت و فايده ادراك شده بر تداوم استفاده از سيستمهاي اطلاعات استراتژيك نقش تعديلگر دارد

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of analysis leadership on the continued use of information systems Strategic took place This research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of method is a descriptive survey study The statistical population of this research is all employees of Nasr Research Center To determine the sample size Cochran formula has been used According to the statistical population of 330 people the sample size required is 161 people A questionnaire was used to collect the data The reliability of this questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbachs alpha coefficient 39811 To analyze the data collected the software used to model the structural equations of Amus The results of the study showed that analysis leadership has a significant effect on the continuation of the use of strategic information systems Also exchange leadership has a moderating role on the perceived satisfaction and perceived benefits of continuing the use of strategic information systems
