چكيده فارسي :
بحث پيوست‌نگاري فرهنگي بحثي است كه چندين سال قبل مقام معظم رهبري مطرح كردند و جايگاه اصلي بحث اين است كه ما براي ساماندهي فرهنگي به كشور بايستي بتوانيم از همهي ابزارها، قالبها و زمينه هايي كه ميتواند نتيجه فرهنگي و تأثيرگذاري فرهنگي داشته باشد، استفاده كنيم. در واقع دو نگاه به مقوله فرهنگي وجود دارد؛ يك نگاه، نگاه حداقلي است كه ما بحث فرهنگ را فقط در ابزارهاي شناخته شدهي فرهنگي خلاصه ميكنيم. مثلاً فكر ميكنيم فقط فيلم، موسيقي، مسجد، منبر و ... كار فرهنگي انجام ميدهند. نگاه ديگر، نگاه واقع‌بينانه و حداكثري است كه در آن همهي مقولاتي كه در زندگي مردم جامعه تأثيرگذار است، داراي نقش و بار فرهنگي هستند. يعني فعاليتهاي اقتصادي، قانونگذاري در جامعه، تصميماتي كه شوراهاي مختلف به شكل كلان در زمينههاي سياسي- اجتماعي و همهي عرصهها ميگيرند، همه داراي اثر و پيامد فرهنگي است. اگر ما اين مطلب را بپذيريم، براي اصلاح و ارتقا و جهت‌دهي فرهنگ بايد از همه ابزارها و مقولهها استفاده كنيم. بنابراين در ذيل مسئلهي مهندسي فرهنگي، ما به پيوست‌نگاري فرهنگي به عنوان يكي از اقدامات كلان مهندسي فرهنگي نياز داريم و پيوست‌نگاري فرهنگي به اين معناست كه در طرحهاي بزرگ اقتصادي و عمراني و در پروژههاي كلان ملي كه در عرصههاي مختلف طراحي و اجرا ميشوند، بتوانيم از ظرفيت فرهنگي اين پروژهها استفاده كنيم و پيامدهاي احتمالي اين پروژهها را شناسايي و از آن پيشگيري كنيم. كلمات كليدي: پيوست‌نگاري فرهنگي، پيوست فرهنگ، مهندسي فرهنگي.
