خلاصه در ساليان اخير كه رابطه انسان با جهان طبيعي و محيط زيست، به دليل طيف گسترده اي از بحران هاي محيطي، به عنوان موضوعي بسيار مهم و آزاردهنده مطرح گشته است. موضوع توسعه پايدار، توجه به مسئله بومگرايي و انرژي پايدار، در سطح گسترده اي در رأس برنامه هاي فعلي بيشتر معماران و طراحان است. طراحي شهركي با رويكرد پايداري معماري، طراحي است مردمي و لذا در اين طراحي، كيفيت فضاهاي داخلي ساختمان اهميت ويژه اي مي يابند. بدون ترديد كيفيت مطلوب بدون توجه به طبيعت، نورگيري مناسب فضاها و تهويه مطبوع فراهم نمي آيد . هدف از پايداري معماري در شهرك مسكوني تامين نيازهاي اساسي، بهبود و ارتقاء سطح زندگي براي همه، حفظ و اراده بهتر اكوسيستم ها و آينده اي امن تر و سعادتمندتر است. اين هدف خود متضمن تناقضي است كه بسياري آن را از خصوصيات اصلي واژه توسعه پايدار ميدانند؛ تامين رشد لازم براي بهبود زندگي عموم و آينده اي مرفه تر و در عين حال حفظ اكوسيستم است. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله توصيفي، تحليلي و تطبيقي بوده روش گرد آوري اطلاعات در اين تحقيق به دو صورت كتابخانه اي مي باشد كه در روش كتابخانه اي از مقالات، كتب، نقشه ها و نوشته ها استفاده شده است و در روش ميداني بوسيله مصاحبه و تهيه فيلم و عكس اطلاعات جمع آوري شده اند و در نهايت ارايه طرحي بر اساس معماري پايدار در شهرك مسكوني است كه بر اساس هدف تحقيق انجام شده است.

Summary In recent years, human relations with the natural world and the environment have been raised as a very important and annoying issue due to a wide range of environmental crises. The issue of sustainable development, attention to the issue of obsolescence and sustainable energy, is at the forefront of the current plans of most architects and designers. Urban design with architectural sustainability approach is a popular design, and therefore in this design, the quality of the interior spaces of the building is of particular importance. Undoubtedly, desirable quality without regard to the nature, does not provide suitable lighting for spaces and air conditioning.The goal of architectural sustainability in a residential town is to provide basic needs, to improve and improve the standard of living for everyone, to preserve and better the ecosystems and a safer and more prosperous future. This goal involves a contradiction that many consider as the main features of the term sustainable development; providing the necessary growth for improving the public life and a more prosperous future while preserving the ecosystem. The research method in this article is descriptive, analytical and comparative. The method of information gathering in this research is in two ways a library that has been used in a library method of articles, books, maps and writings, and in the field method by interviewing and Providing films and photo data are collected and eventually providing a sustainable residential architecture project based on the research goal.
