ارزيابي تكميلي صفات كمي و كيفي ارقام جديد پنبه در مقايسه با رقم تجاري منطقه فارس

Complementary evaluation of quantitative and qualitative traits in new cotton cultivars compared to commercial cultivars of Iran

به منظور مقايسه تكميلي دو رقم جديد پنبه و رقم تجاري منطقه (بختگان) آزمايشي در قالب يك طرح بلوك هاي كامل تصادفي با 3 تكرار در ايستگاه بختاجرد داراب استان فارس در سال 1392 مورد اجرا قرار گرفت. ارقام مورد آزمايش شامل گلستان، آرين و بختگان (شاهد) بودند. در اين طرح صفات مختلفي از قبيل وزن و تعداد غوزه، عملكرد، زودرسي، صفات كيفي الياف (درصد كيل، طول، ظرافت، كشش و استحكام الياف) يادداشت¬برداري و مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفتند. نتايج بررسي نشان داد كه ارقام گلستان و بختگان به¬ترتيب با ميزان 3953 و 3357 كيلوگرم در هكتار بيشترين و كمترين عملكرد را در مقايسه با ديگر رقم توليد نمودند. رقم گلستان نسبت به شاهد (رقم بختگان)، افزايش عملكردي حدود 18% را داشت. رقم گلستان و رقم بختگان بترتيب با 3/85% و 76% زودرس¬ترين و ديررس¬ترين رقم بودند. رقم گلستان بيشترين عملكرد وش و كمترين ارتفاع بوته را به خود اختصاص داد كه از نظر زودرسي و تعداد غوزه در بوته نيز در حد مطلوب بود، همچنين رقم آرين نيز از نظر عملكرد، زودرسي، تعداد غوزه در بوته و ارتفاع تفاوت معني¬داري با رقم گلستان نداشت. بنابراين اين دو رقم به عنوان ارقام برتر در بين ارقام مورد بررسي در منطقه بختاجرد داراب شناخته شده و جهت برنامه¬ريزي¬هاي آينده تحقيقاتي پنبه در منطقه فارس پيشنهاد و معرفي مي¬گردند.

In order to complementary study 2 new cotton varieties as well as 1 regional cotton variety (Bakhtegan), a field experiment was carried out in Bakhtagerd research station depended to Fars Agricultural and Natural Resource center in 2013. The treatments included 2 new varieties (Arian and Gholestan) and 1 Fars commercial variety were arranged in completely randomized block with three replications. Different traits as yield, yield components, earliness and qualitative characteristic were investigated. The results showed that Gholestan and Bakhteghan varieties were produced highest and lowest yield, respectively with 3953 and 3357 kg/ha compared with the another variety. Gholestan variety compared with the control variety (Bakhtegan) has about 18% yield addition. Gholestan and Bakhtegan varieties were most and least earliness respectively with 85.3% and 76%. Gholestan variety was dedicated most yield, earliness and lowest plant height. Also yield, number of bolls per plant and plant height of Arian variety has not significant difference with the Gholestan variety, therefore these two varieties were recommended for future research practices under similar agroclimatic conditions.
