Investigation effect of Chlorfenapyer on reproductive value and life expectancy of two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae (Acari: Tetranychidae)

كنه تارتن دولكه¬اي Tetranychus urticae Koch آفت مهم و پراكنش جهاني روي دامنه وسيع از گياهان ميزبان دارد . در اين مقاله، ما روش رايجي براي كنترل اين آفت شامل: كنترل شميايي به كار برديم. دانستن اثر كنه¬كش روي آفات براي برنامه¬هاي مديريت حياتي است. مطالعه ما اثرات زيركشندگي كلرفناپير بر ارزش باروري و اميد به زندگي T.urticaeتحت شرايط آزمايشگاهي 2± 25 درجه سلسيوس، رطوبت نسبي40-50 درصد و دوره نوري 8 :16 (روشنايي:تاريكي) ارزيابي مي¬كند. حداكثر و حداقل اميد به زندگي براي كنه¬هاي ماده به ترتيب 60/13 و 11 بودند كه با كنترل و LC30 تيمار شده بودند. حداقل اميد به زندگي 34/8 بود كه به كنه¬هاي نر تيمار شده با LC20 متعلق بود. ارزش باروري كنه¬ها با افزايش غلظت به¬طور معني¬داري كاهش يافت. اين پارامتر 71/23 و 04/11 براي كنترل و LC30 بدست آمده بود. اين نتايج نشان داد كلرفناپير براي برنامه¬هاي مديريت T.urticae مي¬تواند مفيد باشد.

The two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch is important pest and present worldwide on wide range of host plants. In this paper, we applied the common method to control this pest including chemical control. Knowledge of the impact of acaricide on pests is vital for management programs. Our study evaluated the sublethal effects of clofenpayer on reproductive value and life expectancy of T. urticae under laboratory conditions at 25±2° C, 40-50% RH and a photoperiod of 16:8 (L:D) hours. The maximum and minimum values of life expectancy for female mites were 13/60 and 11 that treated with control and LC30, respectively. The minimum values of life expectancy was recorded 8/34 day that belongs to treated males with LC20. Reproductive value of mites significantly reduced by increasing doses. It parameter were obtained 23/71 and 11/04 for control and LC30. This results demonstrated chlorfenapyer can be useful for management programs for T. urticae.
