درخت گز ميزبان گونه هاي مختلف تريپس در شهرستان قصرشيرين (استان كرمانشاه)

Tamarisk as host plant of different thrips species in Qasr-e Shirin (Kermanshah Province)

درختان گز (Tamarix spp.) از گونه¬هاي بومي زاگرس بوده و پراكنش وسيعي در مناطق مختلف كشور دارند. اين درخت با سخت¬ترين شرايط اقليمي سازش داشته و در خشك¬ترين نقاط ايران رويش دارد. به¬منظور شناسايي تريپس¬هاي مرتبط با درختان و درختچه¬هاي گز، نمونه¬برداري¬هاي مكرري از شهر سومار واقع در قصرشيرين (استان كرمانشاه) طي سال¬هاي¬ 1393 تا 1395 با استفاده از تكاندن شاخه¬هاي گز درون سيني سفيد انجام گرفت. نمونه¬ها پس از جمع¬آوري در داخل شيشه¬هاي محتوي الكل 75 درصد نگهداري و پس از انتقال به آزمايشگاه، از آنها اسلايدهاي ميكروسكوپي تهيه گرديد. در اين مطالعه، در مجموع 10 گونه تريپس متعلق به 6 جنس و 3 خانواده مختلف جمع¬آوري و شناسايي شد كه اسامي علمي آنها به شرح زير مي¬باشد: Family Aeolothripidae: Aeolothrips collaris, Aeolothrips intermedius, Rhipidothrips brunneus; Family Melanthripidae: Melanthrips pallidior, Melanthrips separandus; Family Thripidae: Thrips hawaiiensis, Thrips meridionalis, Thrips tabaci; Family Phlaeothripidae: Haplothrips ganglbaueri and Liothrips reuteri.

The Tamarisk (Tamarix spp.) is an indigenous species of Zagros and has a wide distribution in different parts of the country. This tree grows in the driest regions of Iran. In order to identify thrips associated with tamarisk trees and shrubs, sampling was carried in Sumar city (Qasr-e-Shirin, Kermanshah province) diuring 2014 to 2015. The thrips specimens were kept in Eppendorf tubes containing 75% etanol alcohol and after transfer to the laboratory, microscopic slides were prepared. In this study, a total of 10 species belonging to 6 genera and 3 different families were collected and identified as follows: Family Aeolothripidae: Aeolothrips collaris, Aeolothrips intermedius, Rhipidothrips brunneus; Family Melanthripidae: Melanthrips pallidior, Melanthrips separandus; Family Thripidae: Thrips hawaiiensis, Thrips meridionalis, Thrips tabaci; Family Phlaeothripidae: Haplothrips ganglbaueri and Liothrips reuteri.
