ارزيابي مقاومت 50 خانواده جو حاصل از تلاقي باديا × كوير به سوسك برگخوار غلات Oulema melanopa

Estimation of the resistance of 50 Family Families from the Badiya × Kavir Cross to the cereal leaf beetle Oulema melanopa L.

سوسك برگخوار غلات يكي از آفات غلات مي¬باشد. انتخاب گياهان ميزبان مقاوم نسبت به حشرات گياهخوار، يك روش اصلي در كنترل حشرات آفت در يك برنامه مديريت تلفيقي آفات (IPM) مي¬باشد. لذا اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي مقاومت ارقام مختلف جو به سوسك برگخوار غلات انجام شد. در اين پژوهش، 50 خانواده F3:4 حاصل از تلاقي از جمعيت جو باديا × كوير مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. نمونه‌¬برداري به طور هفتگي و بر اساس درجه خسارت آفت كد گذاري شد و خانواده¬هاي جو به دسته‌هاي مقاوم، نيمه مقاوم، نيمه حساس، حساس، بسيار حساس رتبه¬بندي شد. نتايج نشان دادكه مقاوم¬ترين خانواده ها بين 5/1% تا 10% متغير و شامل 20 خانواده با دو والد باديا و كوير مي باشد. در رتبه¬بندي نيمه مقاوم 13 خانواده با 5/10 الي 5/17 درصد خسارت و خانواده هاي نيمه حساس با 5/21% الي 5/31% بدست آمد.

Cereal leaf beetle (Oulema melanopa) is one of the cereal pests. Selection of host plants resistant to herbivorous insects is a major method for controlling insect pests in a integrated pest management (IPM). Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the resistance of different barley to cereal leaf beetle. In this study, 50 F3:4 families were evaluated from the intersection of Joe Badah × kavir population. The sampling was coded weekly and based on the degree of pest damage, and the barley families were ranked in resistant, semi-resistant, semi-sensitive, sensitive, highly sensitive groups. The results showed that the most resistant families are varied from 1.5 to 10% and include 20 families with two parents, Badia and Kavir. In the semi-resistant category, 13 families with 10.5 to 17.5 percent of the damage and semi-sensitive families were found to 21.5% to 31.5%.
