بررسي اثر دور آبياري و ساليسيليك اسيد بر روي برخي ويژگي‏هاي مورفولوژيكي گل حنا (Impatiens walleriana) رقم (Accent premium salmon)

Effect of salicylic acid and water stress on some morphological characteristics of balsam (Impatiens walleriana) cultivar (Accent premium salmon)

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي اثر دور آبياري و ساليسيليك اسيد بر روي رشد و گلدهي گل حنا بود. اين آزمايش بر اساس فاكتوريل در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفي با سه تكرار در مزرعه تحقيقاتي دانشگاه لرستان انجام شد. دور آبياري با سه سطح 3 (شاهد)، 5 و 7 روز يك‌بار و محلول‎پاشي هفتگي ساليسيليك اسيد با سه سطح (صفر، 1، 2 ميلي مولار) انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه افزايش دور آبياري باعث كاهش پارامترهاي رشد مانند ارتفاع گياه، تعداد و قطر ساقه، تعداد و سطح برگ و طول ريشه شد. درحالي‌كه سيليسيك اسيد اثرات تنش را تعديل كرد، به‌طوري‌كه در همه دور آبياري‏ها تيمار سيليسيك اسيد باعث افزايش ارتفاع گياه، تعداد و قطر ساقه، تعداد و سطح برگ و طول ريشه شد. به‌طوركلي نتايج نشان داد كه افزايش دور آبياري باعث ايجاد تنش در گل حنا شده و كاربرد هفتگي سيليسيك اسيد باعث كاهش اثرات تنش شد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of irrigation and salicylic acid on growth and flowering of Impatiens walleriana. The experiment was laid out factorially in a completely randomized design with three replications at Lorestan University Research Station. Irrigation was carried out with three levels, in three (control), five and seven days, and salicylic acid sprayed once a week with three levels (0, 1 and 2 mM). The results showed that increasing the irrigation level decreased growth performance including plant height, number and diameter of stem, number of leaves per plants, leaf area and root length, while salicylic acid moderated the effects of stress, so that in all rounds of irrigation, salicylic acid treatment increased plant height, number and diameter of stem, number of leaves per plants, leaf area and root length. Overall, the results showed that although increasing the irrigation interval induced stress in Impatiens walleriana, weekly application of salicylic acid alleviated the stress effects.
