با توجه به الكترونيكي شدن و جهاني شدن اقتصاد و تجارت و افزايش روز افزون گستردگي و پيچيدگي سازمان ها و غير قابل پيش بيني بودن بحران ها و سونامي هاي اقتصادي و وجود فضاي تنگاتنگ رقابتي بين شركت ها براي جذب مشتري بيشتر و حل مشكلات ، مديريت تصميم گيري استراتژيك ، بدون استفاده از روش ها و ابزار و تكنيك هاي نرم افزاري هوشمند امكان پذير نيست. اساس يك مديريت ايده آل در سازمان هاي بزرگ ، تصميم گيري استراتژيك در شرايط بحراني است . در گذشته مديران ارشد يك سازمان ، متكي بر تصميم گيري ذهني و يا تجربيات شخصي و يا خلاقيت هاي فردي بودند ولي امروزه مديران از ‏روش ها ، تكنيك ها و ابزارهاي نرم افزاري قدرتمند تصميم گيري هوشمند استفاده مي كنند.‏ روند تصميم گيري مديريتي استراتژيك ، در فاز اول تعريف مسأله و در فاز دوم تحليل و مدل سازي راه حل ها و تحليل ريسك و تحليل فرصت ها و تهديدهاي مسأله ، و در آخرين فاز انتخاب بهترين راه حل توسط مديران ارشد با تجربه و به كمك سيستم هاي نرم افزاري تصميم يار هوشمند مي باشد. امروزه نرم افزارهاي هوشمند پشتيبان تصميم نظير سيستم تصميم يار ارتباط با مشتري (CRM) و تصميم يار برنامه ريزي منابع سازماني (ERP) با بكارگيري تكنيك هاي سرويس دهي تحت وب ، تجارت الكترونيكي ، داده كاوي ، هوش مصنوعي ، گراف ، شبكه هاي عصبي ، الگوريتم هاي ژنتيك و تصميم گيري مبتني بر فازي ، كمك شاياني به حل مشكلات تصميم گيري در تمامي سطوح مديريتي نقش مهمي ايفا مي كنند. در اين مقاله پژوهشي ، ابتدا به ضرورت مبحث اهميت سيستم هاي هوشمند تصميم يار پرداخته و سپس با مروري بر بهترين و پركاربردترين نرم افزارهاي منبع باز مديريت پشتيبان تصميم (DSS) مخصوصاً در زمينه CRM نظير ‏CiviCRM‏ ‏OpenCRX,‎‏ ‏‎,OpenTaps,‎‏ ‏‎Free CRM, SugarCRM،Vtiger و بررسي خصوصيات ، كاربردها ، مزايا و معايب هر كدام ، نهايتاً نرم افزار هوشمند و تحت وب تصميم يار به نام Vtiger به عنوان يكي از بهترين نرم افزارهاي Open Source در مبحث برنامه ريزي هوشمند و مديريت الكترونيكي ارتباط با مشتري (e-CRM) تحليل و ارزيابي مي شود.

The strategic management decision making process is defined in the first phase of the problem, and in the second phase, the analysis and modeling of solutions and risk analysis, analyzing the opportunities and threats of the problem, and in the last phase of selecting the best solution by senior management with experience and with the help of the system Software is a smart decision. Today, decision support intelligent software such as CRM and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) decision-making process are implemented using web-based service techniques, e-commerce, data mining, artificial intelligence, graph, neural networks, Genetic algorithms and fuzzy decision-making play a significant role in solving decision problems at all levels of management. In this research paper, first of all, the necessity of the topic of the importance of intelligent decision systems has been discussed, and then by reviewing the best and most widely used open source decision support management software (DSS), especially in the field of CRM such as CiviCRM OpenCRX, OpenTaps, Free CRM, SugarCRM, Vtiger, and reviewing the features, applications, benefits and disadvantages of each. Finally, the smart and web-based software called Vtiger as one of the best Open Source software in the Smart Planning And Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) are analyzed and evaluated.
