The nanomaterials with high surface area and unique properties are good choice for application in industry. In this study we described the synthesis of TiO2 nanotube and TiO2/SWCNTs nanocomposite by hydrothermal method. The synthesized nanomaterials were characterized by FESEM, EDS and XRD methods. The results showed the good synthesized of TiO2 nanotube at surface of SWCNTs. The electrical conductivity of TiO2/SWCNTs nanocomposite was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method and the obtained data was compared to TiO2 nanotube. The results confirmed the TiO2/SWCNTs nanocomposite has good electrical conductivity that is useful for application as mediator for sensor investigation.
