This work is devoted to synthesis of the Titanium Oxide nanotubes on a titanium foil has been done by atmospheric-pressure argon microplasma-assisted electrochemistry in an organic electrolyte with electrolytes composed of ethylene glycol, acid fluoride, and water. FESEM images were indicated that, due to the cathode structure, length and diameter of the nanotubes enhanced from 1.3 to 3.8 μm and 20-25 nm to 50-70 nm when the microplasma current increased from 3 to 7 mA, respectively.
