When the pressure in the fluid decreases to a surface to below saturated vapour, it creates hollow holes in the fluid causing this cavitation or cavitation phenomenon. These bubbles, after passing through the short path to a region with a higher pressure It reaches and explodes, generates noise and creates shock waves and strikes the boundary between the fluid and the structure and after a short time it causes erosion and corrosion on the solid border. Cavitation and corrosion is one of the most important problems affecting the life of equipment and operation. The factors affecting the cavitation phenomenon are: special physical conditions-geometric factors and ...... In order to prevent damage caused by this type of cavitation, the following solutions are suggested, including lowering the temperature and increasing the liquid level. In this paper, we have tried to introduce the various types of cavitation in the industry and identification methods and mechanisms for their creation, and provide suitable solutions to prevent these corrosion.
