Provide a Dynamic Model of Just-In-Time in a Production Unit with Dependability Improvement Approach

امروزه، سازمان‌ها با سطوح بي‌سابقه رقابت مواجه هستند. بنابراين براي دوام در عرصه رقابت مي‌بايست محصولات و خدمات بهتري را طراحي و ارائه نمايند و عمليات توليد را بهبود بخشند. همچنين، با افزايش خواسته‎ها و نيازهاي مشتريان و پيچيدگي محيط رقابتي سازمان‎ها، اهميت زنجيره تأمين و مديريت آن آشكار شده است. در اين ميان، بهره‎گيري از رويكردهاي نوين مانند توليد به موقع و بهبود قابليت اعتماد، از اولويت بالايي در بهبود رقابت و تعالي زنجيره تأمين قرار دارد. در اين پژوهش، پس از بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل مديريت زنجيره تامين، نقش رويكرد توليد به موقع در ارائه زنجيره تأمين كاراتر و موثرتر براي تحقق اهداف سازمان، تبيين مي‎شود. سپس، با در نظر گرفتن يك واحد توليدي خاص و روش پويايي شناسي سيستم، به بررسي مشكلات اين واحد توليدي از منظر توليد به موقع، پرداخته مي‌شود. براي انجام اين كار با جمع‌آوري اطلاعات توليد و بررسي شاخص‎هاي فرايندهاي توليد، عوامل مؤثر شناسايي شده و توسط اين روش، عوامل تاثير‌گذار، بررسي مي‎شوند. سپس، راهكارهاي پيشنهادي با توجه به حلقه‌هاي علت و معلولي و همچنين، رويكرد بهبود قابليت اعتماد، بيان مي‎شوند. در نهايت، مدل ارائه‌شده تحقيق براي يك نمونه كاربردي، استفاده‌شده و نتايج نهائي آن مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است.

Today, organizations face unprecedented levels of competition. Therefore, in order to be durable in the field of competition, it is necessary to design and deliver better products and services and improve production operations. Also, with increasing demands and needs of customers and the complexity of the competitive environment of organizations, the importance of its supply chain and management has been revealed. Meanwhile, the use of modern approaches such as just- in -time and improvement of dependability is a top priority in improving competition and supply chain excellence. In this research, after reviewing and analyzing supply chain management, the role of just- in -time approach in supply chain is introduced more efficient and effective for achieving the goals of the organization. Then, considering a specific production unit and the dynamics of the system, we examine the problems of this production unit in terms of just- in -time. To do this, by collecting production information and reviewing the indicators of production processes, effective factors are identified and by this method, effective factors are investigated. Then, the proposed solutions are expressed in terms of cause and effect circles as well as the dependability improvement approach. Finally, the proposed research model has been used for an applied sample, and its final results have been analyzed.
