چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي رابطه بين سازمان يادگيرنده و خلاقيت سازماني معلمان مقطع ابتدايي شهر شيراز انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصيفي، از نوع همبستگي ميباشد. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه بين نمره كل سازمان يادگيرنده، ابعاد قابليتها و تواناييهاي شخصي، الگو و مدلهاي ذهني و چشم انداز و آرمانهاي مشترك با خلاقيت سازماني معلمان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. در حاليكه رابطه معناداري بين ابعاد يادگيرنده تيمي و تفكر سيستمي با خلاقيت سازماني مشاهده نشده است. همچنين نتايج نشان ميدهد كه مولفههاي الگو و مدلهاي ذهني و تفكر سيستمي قادر به پيشبيني خلاقيت سازماني ميباشند؛ بنابراين با توجه به اين نتايج اهميت و ضرورت ايجاد سازمان يادگيرنده در بين معلمان مشاهده ميشود.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to Survey relation between organizational learning and Teacher’s organizational creativity of Elementary school in Shiraz. The research method is descriptive correlational. The study population included all the primary Teachers in district 2 shiraz who are in 96-97 years are taught. The number of teachers in the research community was reported to be around 2128 people. According to the statistical population, the sample size was estimated based on Morgan’s table; Which is among the teachers studied, 327 individuals were selected randomly by stratified sampling method. The instrument used in this study were standardized questionnaires organizational learning and organizational creativity has been. Cronbakh’s alpha was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire organizational learning in the total scale of 0/909 and questionnaire organizational creativity in the total scale of 0/915 is obtained and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. For data analysis, descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression was used. The results of the research indicate that the total score of the learninig organization, Dimensions of personal capabilities and patterns, models of mental and vision, and shared ideals with organizational creativity of teachers have a meaningful relationship. While there is no significant relationship between team learning dimensions and system thinking with organizational creativity.The results also show that model components and mental models and system thinking can predict organizational creativity. Thus, according to these results, the importance and necessity of organizational learning among teachers can be seen.
