In this paper, we propose a hybrid structure of graphene-silicon microrings for creating tunable Autler-Townes splitting (ATS). By putting a nanolayer of graphene on top of second ring resonator and changing the garaphene chemical potential, the frequency location of ATS window can move to lower or higher frequency depend on the chemical potential value of graphene. The results show the ATS window can shift to 0.24 nm. For simulation in this paper, the Finite-difference time-domain method is used.
