كارافريني گردشگري روستايي، رهيافتي جديد در توسعه روستايي

A rural tourism entrepreneur, a new approach in rural development

پژوهشگران و صاحب نظران حوزه هاي مختلف، بر نقش مهم جوامع محلي به عنوان جامعه ميزبان، در موفقيت فعاليت هاي گردشگري تاكيد مي ورزند و از آن به عنوان مهم ترين مولفه توسعه اين گونه فعاليت ها ياد مي كنند . گردشگري روستايي با توجه به ظرفيت هاي طبيعي و فرهنگي موجود در روستاها مي تواند در تجديد حيات روستا ها، ايجاد اشتغال و درامد براي روستاييان، حفاظت از ميراث طبيعي، تاريخي و فرهنگي و در نهايت توسعه يكپارچه و پايدار روستايي نقش مهمي داشته باشد. شومپيتر در مقاله «تئوري رشد اقتصادي» كارآفريني را به عنوان محرك رشد اقتصادي ميداند بنابراين مي¬توان گفت كه كارآفريني گردشگري روستايي راهكاري جديد در نظريه هاي توسعه براي توانمندسازي و ظرفيت سازي در مناطق روستايي درجهت كاهش شكاف شهرـ روستا، ايجاد برابري اقتصادي، اجتماعي، محيطي و نهادي و ابزاري مهم براي رسيدن به توسعه ي پايدارباشد. اطلاعات اين تحقيق با مطالعه اسناد و مدارك كتابخانه اي جمع آوري و به شيوه ي مروري نگاشته شده است. و در اين مقاله به بررسي نقش كار افريني در توسعه پايدار مناطق روستايي و رابطه كار افريني و گردشگري روستايي پرداخته شده است.

Researchers and experts from different fields emphasize the important role of local communities as host communities, in the success of tourism activities in the region, and they are referred to it as the most important component of development of such activities. Rural tourism, considering the natural and cultural capacities of villages, would play an important role in the revitalization of villages, the creation of employment and income for peasant, the protection of the natural, historical and cultural heritage, and, ultimately the integrated and sustainable development of rural areas. Schumpeter considers entrepreneurship as a driver of economic growth in the Economic Growth Theory. Therefore, rural tourism entrepreneurship could be declared as new strategy in development theories empowerment and capacity building in rural areas to reduce the gap between rural and urban, create economic, social, environmental and institutional justice and as an important tool for achieving sustainable development. The data for this study were collected and reviewed in a survey of library documents. In this article, we examine the role of entrepreneurship in the sustainable development of rural areas and the relationship between rural tourism and entrepreneurship
