چكيده فارسي :
اهميت آب در كره زمين هم به اندازه حيات همه موجودات زنده مهم است، حدود 70 درصد كره زمين را آب تشكيل مي دهد كه 3 درصد آن آب شيرين است. اتمام اين آب نتايج وحشتناكي را براي همه موجودات زنده دارد.اتلاف اين آب، با گذشته زمان منجر به تمام شدن 3 درصد آب شيرين كره زمين مي شود و آينده انسان به خطر مي افتد. يكي از مناطقي كه شايد آينده حيات انسان در آن زودتر به خطر بيافتد خاورميانه است.چندي پيش موسسه «منابع جهاني» تحقيقي انجام داده بود، در اين تحقيق آورده شده است كه تا سال 2040 كم آبي در خاورميانه منجر به ايجاد بحران هاي امنيتي و اقتصادي مي شود. در رتبه بندي بحران آب از 33 كشور اول، 14 كشور در خاورميانه واقع شده اند و ايران هم در رتبه سيزدهم قرار دارد. افزايش قيمت آب يكي از روش هاي كاهش مصرف آن است، اما ميزان آب در ايران و ديگر كشور چگونه است. اين درحالي است كه هزينه تمام شده هرمتر مكعب آب در كشور بيش ازيك هزار تومان است و براساس برخي از آمار هرليتر با رقم ۴۵۰ تومان به دست مصرف كننده مي‌رسد.البته برخي از كشور‌ها همچون عربستان و مصر با قيمت‌هاي پايين تري هرمترمكعب اب را به فروش مي‌رسانند به طوري كه در عربستان هرمترمكعب اب با رقم ۱۱۲ تومان به دست مصرف كننده مي‌رسد. تولد بحران آب در سراسر دنيا پژوهشگران را واداشت كه فاكتورهاي اثرگذار بر ميزان مصرف آب را كشف كنند تا بلكه بتوانند از تشديد اين بحران جلوگيري كنند. در اين نوشتار سعي بر آن داريم تا با بررسي ميزان مصرف كشورهاي مختلف به رابطه ميان تاثير قيمت آب بر ميزان مصرف جوامع پي ببريم. لازم به ذكر است كه ايران سال‌هاي متوالي با بحران آب دست و پنجه نرم مي‌كند، قيمت اين كالا نسبت به ساير كشورهاي جهان بسيار پايين و ناچيز است كه همين مساله نيز موجب انتقاد بسياري از كارشناسان صنعت آب شده است به طوري كه عقيده دارند فروش آب با قيمت پايين مي‌تواند عاملي براي مصرف بي رويه آن باشد.(2)

The importance of water on the planet is as important as the life of all living organisms, about 70% of the planet s water is water, 3% of which is fresh water. The completion of this water has terrible results for all living creatures. Due to this water, with the past, 3% of the fresh water of the planet is consumed, and the future of man is at risk. One of the areas where the future of human life may endanger the sooner is the Middle East. A few had done a study before the Global Resources Corporation, the study suggests that by 2040, dehydration in the Middle East would lead to security crises and Economic. In the ranking of the water crisis from the first 33 countries, 14 countries are located in the Middle East, and Iran is ranked 13th. Increasing water prices is one of the ways to reduce its consumption, but how much water is in Iran and other countries. This is despite the fact that the cost per meter of a cubic meter of water in the country is more than one thousand tomans and according to some statistics, the harliter reaches 450 USD on the hands of the consumer. Of course, some countries, such as Saudi Arabia and Egypt, are selling at less than one third of a cubic meter of water, so that in Saudi Arabia more than one cubic meter of water will be delivered to the consumer at a price of 112 USD. The birth of the water crisis all over the world led researchers to explore factors that have an impact on water use, but also to prevent the crisis from escalating. In this paper, we try to determine the relationship between the impact of water prices on the consumption of communities by examining the use of different countries. It should be noted that Iran has been struggling with the water crisis for years to come, the price of this product is very low and insignificant compared to other countries of the world, which has also been criticized by many water industry experts, who believe that the sale of water At low prices it can be a factor in unnecessary consumption.
