Supply chain design for raw milk required by dairy factories with the sustainable development approach

فرآيند تأمين شيرخام كارخانه‌هاي لبني از دامداري‌هاي متعدد سنتي، نيمه صنعتي و صنعتي صورت مي‌گيرد، در اين فرآيند محموله‌هاي شيرخام دريافت شده از هر دامدار با هر مقداري، از چندكيلوگرم تا چند تن به صورت تك تك نمونه برداري و آزمايش مي‌شود، در واقع هزينه آزمايشات به تعداد دامداري‌هاي تأمين كننده شيرخام بستگي دارد. در اين پژوهش به منظور كاهش تعداد دامداري‌هاي تأمين كننده شيرخام و كاهش هزينه¬هاي آزمايش كارخانه‌هاي لبني، مسئله تجميع دامداري‌هاي كوچك و تبديل آن‌ها به دامدار‌هاي بزرگ و صنعتي مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. با توجه به اينكه در سال‌هاي اخير ادبيات توسعه پايدار و سه حوزه اصلي آن؛ اقتصاد، اجتماع و محيط زيست مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، در پژوهش حاضر مسئله تجميع دامداري‌ها از ديدگاه توسعه پايدار مورد ارزيابي قرار مي‌گيرد، به اين منظور يك مدل رياضي براي تجميع دامداري‌ها با هدف افزايش سودآوري و اشتغال‌زايي كه به ترتيب دو تأثير مهم اقتصادي و اجتماعي از ديگاه توسعه پايدار هستند، ارائه شده است.

The process of supplying milk to dairy factories is takes place from a variety of traditional, semi-industrial and industrial farms, In this process, the deliveries of raw milk received from each livestock farm of any size, from a few kilograms to several tons, are sampled and tested individually In fact, the cost of testing depends on the number of farms supplying raw milk. In this research, in order to reduce the number of dairy farms supplying raw milk and decrease the cost of dairy factories, the issue of integrating small livestock farms and their conversion into large and industrial livestock will be examined. In recent years, the literature on sustainable development and its three main areas: economics, society and the environment have been considered, In the present study, the issue of integration from the perspective of sustainable development is evaluated. A mathematical model for integrating livestock farms with the aim of increasing profitability and employment, which are two important economic and social impacts of sustainable development, is presented.
