Determining the optimal price of recycled products in a three stage supply chain, taking into account the environmental awareness of customers

در اين مقاله، مسأله ي قيمت گذاري محصولات بازيافتي در يك زنجيره تأمين معكوس متشكل از يك توليدكننده، يك جمع آوري كننده و گروهي از مشتريان، مورد مطالعه قرار مي گيرد. جمع آوري كننده داراي تعدادي مكان بالقوه جهت تأسيس مراكز جمع آوري مي باشد. هدف، تعيين قيمت پيشنهادي براي محصولات بازيافتي در دو سطح و تصميم گيري درمورد بازگشايي مراكز جمع آوري است. بدين منظور يك مدل دوسطحي عددصحيح مختلط غيرخطي ارائه شده كه در سطح اول توليدكننده در پي حداكثر كردن سود و تعيين قيمت بهينه ي خريد كالا از جمع آوري كننده است. و در سطح دوم جمع آوري كننده به تصميم گيري درباره ي بازگشايي مراكز جمع آوري و همچنين تعيين قيمت بهينه ي پيشنهادي به مشتريان با هدف حداكثرسازي سود خود، مي پردازد. مدل پس از خطي سازي با استفاده از روش شمارش كامل حل شده و در يك مثال عددي كاربرد آن نشان داده شده است.

In this paper, is studied pricing of recycled products in a reverse supply chain including a manufacturer, a collector and a group of customers .The collector has a number of candidate locations to establishment of collection centers. The goal is to determining the suggested price for recycling products at tow level and deciding on the establishment of collection centers. For this purpose, a bi-level mixed integer nonlinear model is presented which at the first level the manufacturer intends to maximize its profit by determining the optimum purchase price of the collector, And at the second level, the collector will decide on the establishment of collection centers, as well as the determination of the optimal suggested price to customers with the aim of maximizing its profit. The model is solved using a complete counting technique after linearization and in a numerical example the application of the model is shown.
