استفاده از تحليل نقطه تغيير براي بهبود پايش عملكرد پروژه

Using Change Point Analysis to Improve Project Performance Monitoring

مديريت ارزش كسب‌ شده با افزايش پروژه هاي صنعتي و خدماتي در تمام دنيا، به عنوان روشي جديد و كارآمد، نقش مهمي را در كنترل و پايش يكپارچه پروژه از حيث زمان، هزينه و محدوده ايفا مي كند. اما به اين دليل كه معمولاً در روش‌هاي سنتي آن، تغييرات عملكرد را در طول زمان مدنظر قرار نمي‌دهد. در نتيجه تجزيه و تحليل اين تغييرات در اين روش به سادگي امكان‌پذير نيست. براي برطرف كردن اين مشكل مي‌توان از روش¬هاي آماري استفاده كرد. تحليل نقطه تغيير يكي از تكنيك‌هاي آماري است كه در سال¬هاي اخير مورد توجه بسياري از محققان قرار گرفته است. در اين پژوهش، استفاده از تحليل نقطه تغيير براي تحليل تغييرات عملكرد پروژه پيشنهاد مي‌شود. اين كار مدير پروژه را قادر مي‌سازد كه تغييرات شاخص‌هاي عملكردي زمان و هزينه را به نحوي دقيق تر مورد بررسي قرار داده و دوره‌هايي را كه در آن‌ها سطح عملكرد شاخص‌ها داراي ثبات نسبي بوده‌اند، بيابد. با اين‌كار دقت شاخص‌هاي عملكردي تا حد زيادي افزايش ميابد. به‌علاوه، از نتايج به دست آمده مي‌توان در بهبود پيش‌بيني زمان و هزينه اتمام پروژه نيز استفاده كرد. به‌منظور شناسايي سريع و دقيق تغييرات، در اين پژوهش از نمودار ناپارامتري جمع تجمعي بر اساس آماره استاندارد من¬ويتني استفاده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي‌دهند كه استفاده از تحليل نقطه تغيير، تا حد زيادي منجر به بهبود شاخص‌هاي عملكردي در منعكس نمودن وضعيت واقعي پروژه خواهد شد. همچنين با استفاده از اين روش، برآوردهاي دقيق‌تري از زمان و هزينه نهايي پروژه حاصل خواهد شد.

By Increasing industrial and service projects around the world earned value management, as a new and efficient method, plays an important role in integrated control of project in terms of time, cost, and range. But because it usually does not consider performance changes over time in its traditional methodes, so the analysis of these changes in this method is not simply possible. To overcome this problem, statistical methods can be used. Analysis of the change point is one of the statistical techniques that has been considered by many researchers in recent years. In this research, the use of a change point analysis is suggested for analysis of project performance changes. This will enable the project manager to more accurately review the changes in the time and cost performance indicators, and find the periods in which the performance level of the indicators has been relatively stable. By doing so, the precision of performance indicators is greatly increased. In addition, the results can be used to improve the prediction of the time and cost of completion of the project. In order to identify the changes quickly and accurately, in this study, a non-parametric Cumulative Sum of deviations chart was used based on the Mann-Whitney standard statistic. The results show that using the change point analysis will greatly improve the performance indicators in reflecting the actual status of the project. Using this method, more accurate estimates will be made of the time and final cost of the project as well.
