شناسايي و محاسبه وابستگي ريسكهاي توليد در تعاوني فولاد علويجه

Identification and calculation of interdependence of production risks in Alavijeh Steel Co-operative

شناسايي ريسك در صنعت فولاد داراي نقش اساسي است، به طوريكه با شناخت ريسكها مي توان به كاهش هزينه ها در قسمت هاي مختلف فولاد پرداخت .در اين پژوهش ابتدا به شناسايي ريسكهاي توليد با استفاده از پرسشنامه در كارخانه فولاد علويجه خواهيم پرداخت. در ادامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان به بررسي وابستگي ريسكها بر روي يكديگر واندازه گيري شدت ريسكها و هزينه آنها پرداخته شده است. در اين پژوهش از12 خبره در ابتداي كار براي شناسايي ريسكها وپس از ان از 5 خبره براي بدست اوردن ميزان وابستگي بين ريسك ها كمك گرفته شده است. تعداد 7 ريسك در توليد كارخانه فولاد علويجه شناسايي شده است كه عبارتند از ريسك عملكرد تامين مواد اوليه ،ريسك كيفيت پايين مواد اوليه ،ريسك تاخير در رسيدن تجهيزات به سايت )زمان بيشتر از 4 روز) ،ريسك رقابت ،ريسك قوانين ومقررات ،ريسك صاحبان سرمايه وريسك مشتري و در پايان شدت وابستگي بين اين ريسكها محاسبه شده است.

Risk identification has a critical role in the steel industry. It is possible to reduce costs with the recognition of risks in different parts of the steel. In this research, a questionnaire has been used to identify the production risks of Alavijeh Steel Plant. Then, the dependence of risks on each other, the strength of the risks and their cost have been calculated by using experts views. In this study, 12 experts were cooperated to identifying the risks, and five experts have been helped to get the degree of dependency between risks. In results, seven risks have recognized in the production of Alaviyeh Steel Plant, which include the risk of supplying raw materials, the risk of poor quality raw materials, the risk of delaying the delivery of equipment to the site, the risk of competition, the risk of regulations, the risk of the stakeholders and consumer risk. In the end, the strength of risks interdependence has been calculated.
