بررسي اثر تراكم و توانايي آللوپاتي ارقام گندم بر رشد پيچك صحرايي (Convolvulus arvensis)

Effect of density and Allelopathic Capacity of Wheat Cultivars on the Growth of Convolvulus arvensis

بمنظور بررسي اثر تراكم و توانايي آللوپاتي ارقام گندم بر رشد پيچك صحرايي (Convolvulus arvensis)، آزمايشي فاكتوريل در قالب طرح بلوك‌هاي كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار در سال 1394در گلخانه تحقيقاتي موسسه تحقيقات علف هاي هرز انجام شد. تيمارها شامل چهار تراكم گياهچه گندم (صفر (شاهد)، شش، 12، 18 بذر ) و چهار رقم گندم (شيراز، طبسي، نيك نژاد، روشن) بود و صفات طول كل گياهچه، طول ريشه چه و ساقه چه و وزن خشك كل گياهچه اندازه گيري شد. نتايج نشان داد اثرات ساده و متقابل تراكم و رقم بر صفات مورد بررسي تاثير معني داري نداشت. بطور كلي بيشترين طول و وزن خشك گياهچه در تراكم 18 بذر گندم ايجاد شد و در بين ارقام، رقم روشن داراي كمترين توان آللوپاتيك بود زيرا علف هرز پيچك در حضور اين رقم بيشترين طول ريشه چه، ساقه چه، گياهچه و وزن خشك كل را توليد نمود.

In order to investigate the effect of density and Allelopathic Capacity of Wheat Cultivars on the Growth of Convolvulus arvensis, a factorial experiment was conducted based on randomized complete block design with three replications in 2015 in a research greenhouse of the Weed Research Institute. Treatments included four wheat seedling densities (zero (control), six, 12, 18 seeds per pot) and four wheat cultivars (Shiraz, Tabasi, Niknejad, Roshan). The traits of total seedling length, root, shoot length and total dry weight Seedling was measured. Results showed that simple and cross effects of density and cultivar had no significant effect on the traits. Generally, the maximum length and dry weight of weed seedling were determined at 18 wheat densities. Among cultivars, the Roshan cultivar had the lowest allelopathic potential, since C. arvensis in the presence of this cultivar produced the highest root, shoot, seedlings length and total dry weight.
