Variational hybrid quantum-classical algorithms are promising candidates for near-term implementation on quantum computers. In this paper, we use a hybrid quantum-classical algorithm to obtain dynamics disordered quantum system. Disorder quantum system described by Hamiltonian ensemble can behave in analogous manner as pen quantum systems if individual realizations are strictly isolated. For this propose we time-dependent density matrix equation for a mixed quantum states can be obtained from the variational principle and implement this principle on disordered quantum system. The results show that by hybrid quantum-classical algorithm dynamics can be achieved the dynamics of the disorder system following that system such as an open quantum system that is affected pure dephasing
