در اين نوشتار فرآيند طراحي ساخت و راه اندازي مجموعه كانوايرهاي ريلي هوشمند EMS كه با بهره گيري از توان و دانش فني متخصصان ايراني در سالن بدنه سازي SP100 شركت خودرو سازي سايپا به بهره برداري رسيده با رويكرد بومي سازي دانش اين نوع تجهيزات تشريح مي گردد. سيستم انتقال از نوع EMS در واقع يك مجموعه ريل مجهز به شين هاي برق مي باشد كه تجهيزات حمل كننده محصول به نام كرير از طريق ارتباط كلكتور و شين، جريان لازم براي حركت كنترل شده را تأمين مي كنند. مجموعه فوق شامل پنج لوپ انتقال قطعات و بدنه كامل به همراه پانزده دستگاه كرير و هشت عدد ليفتر ستوني مي باشد. هر لوپ داراي تابلوهاي كنترل مجزا مبتني بر استانداردهاي روز دنيا شامل PLC # HMI و شبكه هاي صنعتي مي باشد. بدنه يا قطعات توسط ليفتر از روي فيكسچر مبدأ بارگيري شده و پس از طي مسير توسط كرير در مقصد تخليه مي گردد. تمام پروسه بارگيري و انتقال به طور اتوماتيك همراه با پوشش مونيتورينگ انجام مي گردد. به منظور كاهش هزينه افزايش ايمني و حفظ كيفيت محصول از تكنيك هاي برتر استقرار و حمل محصول برنامه نويسي سطح بالا سخت افزارهاي استاندارد و محاسبات دقيق مهندسي استفاده شده است. با بكارگيري تكنولوژي نوين و بومي سازي آن براي اولين بار در كشور به واسطه تلاش و همت مضاعف تيم مهندسي شركت سايپا دستاورد عدم نياز به خريد تجهيزات مذكور از منابع خارجي به معناي كاهش ارزبري و قابليت طراحي و ساخت انواع EMS مهيا گرديده است.
