Solar energy is one of the energy sources that is desired by the beneficiaries of network. The availability, affordability and extensity of this type of energy have led to promote its position among the electrical energy sources. Hence, many researchers have done research on solar cells, including locating, finding the size, studying the type of network connectivity, and so on. In this paper, it has been tried to provide electricity for the Lavan island using solar system. In this system, the solar cell and the battery are used. The objective function in optimization problem in this article is to have the least cost for network beneficiary in Lavan Island.
