In this paper, we interoduce the concept of fuzzy characteristic subgroup and characterizer of a fuzzy subgroup. Also, we show that a fuzzy autoabelian subgroup is fuzzy characteristic subgroup and for every fuzzy characteristic subgroup, $N^{*}(\mu)=Aut(G)$ where $N^{*}(\mu)$ is the characterizer of $\mu$.
