Multicast Authentication in Internet of Things using Hash-based Secret Sharing Scheme

Internet of Things is the newfound information architecture based on internet that develops interactions between objects and services in a secure and reliable environment. In fact, its goal is to reduce the distance between physical objects and information systems. In this paper, we propose an improved method of continuous authentication in Internet of Things based on secret sharing scheme. In this method, we only use simple operation, $\oplus$, (bitwise exclusive OR) for generating the shares instead of use the polynomial of degree $k$ in each run of the protocol.
